Background
UC Berkeley’s International House houses 600+ students from over 80 countries! They tasked imagiCal with refreshing their branding and social media presence!
Challenges
I-House has a unique ability to cultivate a community that bridges cultures and fosters deep, lasting connections. To better highlight this value and increase event engagement, the communications team asked us how to more effectively leverage social media to showcase I-House’s mission and offerings.
Initiatives
✶ Highlight I-House’s unique value proposition
✶ Conduct competitive analyses + surveyed over 100 residents
✶ Create consistent branding + tone of voice
✶ Create an organized social media calendar
✶ Pitch + design social media campaigns
Results
As a result, I led a successful in-person deliverable with our clients at I-House where we pitched a data-informed social media strategy based on insights from over 100 survey responses! We also provided a streamlined way for them to organize their social media managing!
